Either make them according to package directions (I think they call for an 8x8 or 9x9 pan?-- or smooth the batter out on a cookie sheet.

Use a round cookie cutter ( a drinking glass works too).
Cut out circles.
Next! take some of those little frozen ice cream cups (the ones in styrofoam work best)
With sharp knife, cut through ice cream cups, directly in half.
Place a round of ice cream betwixt two brownie rounds.
Brownie ice cream sandwiches!
They freeze well, and you could have one every now and again for a treat.
