Pork. Pork shoulder Country Style rib(shoulder rib???). Gonna throw it on the grill this evening.

About a cup of beer(tonight using Shiner Bock)
About a cup of Franks Red Hot Sauce
About four tablespoon garlic powder
About one tablespoon onion powder
Nice dash of Chipotle Pepper powder

Like to let it marinate for a couple hours, then on to the grill. Like this with chicken too.
