This might work for you. It did for me.
When I first got DSL years ago, the videos from Youtube would load faster than you could watch them. IE: you could see the progress bar way ahead of the viewing - no buffering or stuttering.
But a few days ago, I could not watch a SINGLE youtube video without delays and buffering messages. So, I went to start: Control Panel: Programs and features: And un-installed Flash.
Then Ran http://www.piriform.com/ccleanerhttp://www.piriform.com/ccleaner
Went to YouTube - and was told I had to install Flash Player whatever version 10. Did that. And now I can have 3 videos dl'ing at once without any "buffering" issues on the on I'm watching. Plays fast and smooth. Hope this is helpful to anyone with slow youtube d/l's.
