If you have ever had to do tech support for sales people you will love this it is very funny – start from episode one.

I made it 5 minutes into episode one and couldn't stand any more. Stirred up too many memories!

This is the modern equivalent of what I was doing long ago. "My Mac can't read PC files on the network!" It's not supposed to, Jobs made it intentionally incompatible. "But the salesman told me it could". He didn't tell you Apple wants you to convert the pc network to Appletalk to get that compatibility. "Whaaat? What's Appletalk. Why can't you make this work?"

And so on endlessly just -like that vid. BTDT.

I don't envy you guys who keep this stuff running.

I spent 1/2hr today at work talking to the tech guy while he was working on my computer through the network..........so that's what he does on the other end...

That was some funny stuff!!!
