Hubby and I went crabbing this weekend, and have a nice big bowl of cooked/cleaned crab meat from 7 large Dungeness crab. We just ate it plain last weekend, but would like to make something special with it tonight. Any ideas? Not really interested in a soup, been there, done that.

I love Dungeness over any other type of crab. Cooked in the shell, with a BBQ/Garlic rub on the shell. Since the shells of Dungeness are so fragile you crack it open with your teeth, get the flavor of the rub and the sweetness of the meat.

toss with pasta of your choice and a little italian (oil & vinegar, not cream style dressing) or balsamic vinegar salad dressing - maybe some sauteed mushrooms on the side.
