that looks beautiful! My meatloaf always falls apart when I slice it - I think I'm putting too much bread crumbs possibly. I've tried adding more eggs, but never tried milk in it.......

I just saw a recipe for BBQ meatloaf in one of the recent issues of GOURMET magazine. Never tried it, but it does look like it might be good. I'd substitute some lamb for pork but hey, that's just me!

and I'd substitute the beef for deer or elk, but that's just because that is what we have in the freezer, LOL.
