it is an oldy...it was published in 1974

Well, I remember buying Harvey and Marilyn Diamond's Fit For Life when I got into natural hygiene.
There was another one though before that.
I'll think of it sooner or later.

Dang, I was suspecting a thwaaaaaack! and get an education instead! Not that fitness education would hurt me one bit, but with my tastes in a good marbled steak, I don't see myself doing well on recommedations from the Diamonds - then again, I'd probably lose some weight quick if restricted to a fresh salad diet.
