- 0.75 cup of plain yogurt
- 1 large tablespoon of sour cream (optional)
- 0.5 cup finely chopped red onion
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped seeded jalapeno pepper
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 3 ripe peeled avocados chopped up
- 1 garlic clove minced
Smash the hell out of it and mix! let it sit in the refridge covered for at least 10-15 minutes. Its done!
