  • 0.75 cup of plain yogurt
  • 1 large tablespoon of sour cream (optional)
  • 0.5 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped seeded jalapeno pepper
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 3 ripe peeled avocados chopped up
  • 1 garlic clove minced

Smash the hell out of it and mix! let it sit in the refridge covered for at least 10-15 minutes. Its done!
