Just made it tonight!

2 Tablespoons of Chili Oil
3 Tablespoons of lime juice (fresh if you have it but increase to 4 Tblspns)
2 minced garlic cloves or 1 teaspoon of concentrate
Sea Salt to taste
2 cups of Beef stock / broth (or other flavor)
2 cups of water
2 cups of white or brown rice (not instant rice)

Dump everything in a shallow pan. (not the salt) Boil mixture for a few seconds then turn down heat to very low and cover for 20 minutes.
Bam! Its done! Add vegies or just use as a side dish. NOW add salt to taste! :thumb:

I wish I had some fresh cilantro too. Alas I dont. I think that this would be great with chicken and avacados!!! :brows:

Me too Brents.
If it weren't for rice, pasta and potatoes, I'd starve
Not really, they're just what I use the most in all my cooking.
