This is soooooooo simple!

1 can of Tomato paste
3 tablespoons of any RED wine (NOT cooking wine! Not blush or Rose! A deep red wine like Shiraz or Merlot or Cab)
3 Tablespoons of Extra Virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon of pepper (freshly grated I hope)
Salt to taste
1/4 cup of grated hard cheese (romano or parm. or asiago)

Take all of that and mix it. Put your HOT drained pasta on it. Mix again very well.
Serve ASAP!

Be aware that the tomato paste and the cheese Already have salt in them. So dont add salt until the person is served, tastes it and THEN wants some!
