Boneless, Skinless, Chicken Breasts (even the thin flash frozen cheap ones work well if not thawed).

Wrap each one in 2-3 pieces of thin bacon.

Stick in the George Foreman and grill until bacon is crispy-ish and chicken is done. I flip them occasionally since one side of our George Forman cooks better than the other.

Stick some cheddar cheese on top while hot or let it melt a bit on the grill.

Quick, easy and pretty good.

Add BBQ sauce or spices to the chicken to add flavor as needed.

Usually eaten with Broccoli in our house.

Looks like you got that out of a book. Did you? I think RR could do better without getting it from a book, and she doesn't even have any formal cooking education. But, then again, I guess neither do you. :poke:

So, got any original recipes?

Holy Crap! Sushi stole a recipe from RR?!?! I think the resemblance is to close to be a coincidence, despite Sushi spelling Bruschetta incorrectly. :shifty: AND, while he didn't steal Yum-oh from RR, looks like he did steal BAM! from that no-neck Italian guy.

None of this is my idea of a quick meal. For me, that would be something prepared and eaten in less than half an hour. Nuke some soup and make a sum'ich, maybe. Nuke some leftover hot dish or chili. THAT is a quick meal.

Ok!!! Here is one I just made up! Its an old family recipe! Ramen Noodle Bean Soup!

Boil 2 Instant Lunch Ramen Noodles Soup (w/ shrimp) in 2" of water, turn the heat to its lowest setting and toss in a can of black beans, cumin, pepper, (NO SALT THERE IS ENOUGH IN THERE ALREADY), ground cayenne pepper, fresh finely shopped garlic and a dash of olive oil. cover for 7 minutes.

Dump in a bowl or eat out of the pot!!! :chef:

Its extremely healthy for you! Huge amount of fiber protien, carbs, cayenne pepper is excellent for circulation and the ol' pumper. The garlic is great for your blood pressure and immune system!

I dozen tollhouse style chocolate chip cookies (preferably frozen or at least chilled).

I or 2 bottles of 33 degree chilled beer, non domestic, the more high end the better.

1 frosted mug (dipping is optional )

1 TV remote.

Recipe can be adjusted for quantity as needed.

Enjoy........Bon appetite ! :chef:

Ya know... that sounds pretty good. The real lime and then the citric acid would make a nice punch of flavor.

.. and the sodium content in the instant ramen+ the canned beans is enough to send your blood pressure through the roof.
