Galvatron caught me on one of the few days I did not have a dessert of some type. Most days I'm weak and will have some sweet stuff. And I have the stomach to prove it. :hide:

dinner tonight was a sandwich and fries.
the sandwich was a leftover bacon wrapped filet sliced in half thick-wise with 2 slices of cheese, on some Panera's asiago sourdough bread. (I grilled 6 yesterday afternoon and could only eat 2)
on the side was a plate of sweet potato fries smothered in white queso cheese.

Absolutely no comment!!!!!! :mrgreen::mrgreen:

Yesterday:-

Breakfast: 2 cups of coffee with Splenda and powdered creamer.

Lunch: Didn't have any, I was busy running around. Coffee.

Afternoon: Had 2 Shiners with a friend at his machine shop at the end of the work day. He wanted to talk and as long as he feeds me beer, I'll listen.

Dinner: Salad, grilled gammon steak with cheese smothered pasta, green beans.

Snack: piece of sharp Cheddar cheese

Nightcap: one small Scotch

I can't see today being much different, except for dinner. She who must be obeyed hasn't told me what we are having yet.

Damn....learn something new every day! I didn't know Scotch came in a small size!

It's all relative.

My grandmother, who was the meanest woman I ever knew, used to have a "small" toddy every night to help her sleep, or so she said. She lived to be 92. I reckon with the size of "nightcap" I have I should make 140 at least. :mrgreen::mrgreen::mrgreen:
