Sounds good. I like salid. The only trouble I have with it is it does NOT "stick to my ribs", and I'm hungary again in half an hour.

I live off a protein diet always. Everytime I decide on the TV dinner of choice I pick protein first. This sounds good but it needs some chicken in it for more protein and sticking to Rednecks ribs......

Cory, you could add grilled chicken breast strips, or beef strips I'd think for that matter.:thumb:

With all the fiber, plus the boiled eggs, trust me- this salad sticks to your ribs.
I have the appetite of a lumberjack, so I know.. haha!

Sounds great, but please no onions or pickles..........I used to have salads, dressed lettuce mostly, with no fat cheese, and no fat bacon bits, and no fat dressing, no fat crackers and I was done.

i lived for a year working out and 20 grams of fat per day..........lost just over 90 pounds in one year.

Sunday was all out day, anything goes, cause you have to do that once a week anyway.
