Your post looked like it was in a temporary directory [you recieved via email probably].

I just googled the info, and found it on youtube intead. Links to websites litterally just paste here, though you can get fancier and turn words into links with the world-chain looking icon.

If you loaded the file to your desktop, documents, or somewhere you'd find, you could have loaded it with "manage attachments" too - if in size parameters.

Beyond those routes, beats me - those that frequent forums more than I could give you all sorts of tips (I've never tried the email link).
