Is not that the same as saying, "You can't eat/assimilate dirt"? Minerals have to come to us through the food chain. Plants change inorganic minerals into something animals can then use as food.

Many Vitamins and additives are not organic. If what this guy wrote is true, they do not do any good for our bodies when we consume them. He claims they do harm, like cause arthritis, by building up around joints. And we get much through water that we drink, mineral waters.
