DVR (Tivo) to MP3

I have some music videos recorded on DVR (DVR is Direct TV's version of Tivo technology) and I would like to have the music on my MP3 protable player. I'm looking for suggestions on what would be the best way to get er done.

Thanks Ghautz! That might help. But before I can use that I have to transfer the show to a CD /DVD. Doable, but I'm hoping to eliminate that step and go directly to the computer.
I'm thinking if I hook the audio output of the DVR to my audio input on the computer I just might be able to do it direct. Maybe AudioGrabber would work as an interface for doing that.
I figured someone else had tried this or figured out a way to do it.

As far as I know this is legal. If I am wrong please let me know
